Legal guidelines and professional standards governing your partnership with Mech Volt Innovations.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Mech Volt Innovations website and engineering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services or website.

2.

Service Provision

We provide specialized mechanical and electrical engineering services, including but not limited to CAD modeling, FEA analysis, and PCB design. The specific scope, timelines, and deliverables for each project will be defined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work.

3.

Intellectual Property

All technical drawings, simulation models, and design files produced by Mech Volt Innovations remain our property until full payment is received. Upon completion and full payment, the ownership of final project deliverables transitions to the client as specified in the project contract.

4.

Limitation of Liability

Mech Volt Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our engineering designs or technical advisory. Our liability is limited to the professional fees paid for the specific project in question.

5.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client-provided data and project details. We are happy to enter into Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to protect your proprietary engineering information.
